Step 1 · Drop your CRM export
We need a small CSV with five columns: name, phone, email, last_contact_date, status. Maximum 4MB. We don’t save the file — the report comes back immediately and is yours to keep.
What columns do you need?
name,phone,email,last_contact_date,status "Smith, John","555-123-4567","john@example.com","2026-02-14","new" "Doe, Jane","555-987-6543","jane@example.com","2025-11-02","estimate sent" ...
Last contact date can be in any standard format (ISO, US, etc.) — we read it as a date and treat blanks as “no recent contact”.
What comes back
Five hard counts. No fluff.
The report is a tile set with five numbers on it. Each one is a thing you can act on today, with no extra tables to scroll past.
How many rows we just read from your export.
Marked stale by last contact date — or any row missing a date at all.
Rows whose status mentions an estimate — case-insensitive. These went out warm and went quiet.
Phone blank or whitespace-only. We can’t text back what we can’t dial.
Email blank or whitespace-only. Same idea — no address, no follow-up.
